Una delle cose che più mi dà fastidio è mangiare male anche se è solo per uno spuntino o un pranzo veloce. Qui è facile fermarsi per strada, infilarsi in un qualsiasi posto ed ingozzarsi per poi sentirsi male dopo poco!
Qualche tempo fa vi avevo già parlato di alcuni posti dove mangiare cibo di qualità, ora è arrivato il momento di “Planet Organic”. Planet Organic è un posto che mi piace per il suo stile bio! Il loro motto è “Eat well, be well, feel great!”.
Non ci vado spessisimo ma quando fa freddo e ho voglia di una zuppa è il posto migliore. Fagioli, farro, ceci e patate la mia preferita ma c’è di tutto dalle lasagne al riso e piselli veneto, tutto ovviamente proveniente da agricoltura biologica. Si può anche fare qualche acquisto, nel supermarket si trovano verdure freschissime e certificate secondo gli standard della “Organic farming and food – UK”, succhi di frutta appena spremuti, latte e uova. Ottima qualità ma prezzi anche altini, tuttavia se non volete ridurvi all’hamburger dei McDonalds o al petto di pollo di KFC è davvero un buon fast “organic” food!
